The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association owned by Asian Coatings Philippines, Inc. It debuted in the league in the 2006–07 PBA season after acquiring the franchise rights of the Shell Turbo Chargers in 2006, which disbanded after the 2004–05 PBA season.

From 1996 to 2006, the franchise played in the Philippine Basketball League, carrying the name Welcoat House Paints, Welcoat Paintmasters and the St. Benilde-Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, winning a total of six championships.

Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, der philippinische Basketballverein, wurde 2006 gegründet und spielt in der Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Das Team wird von Yeng Guiao trainiert und hat seinen Sitz in Manila. Der Spitzname "Elasto Painters" leitet sich von dessen Hauptsponsor, der Firma Pacific Paint (Boysen), ab.

Rain or Shine hat im Laufe der Jahre mehrere PBA-Meisterschaften gewonnen, unter anderem die Titel in den Spielzeiten 2012 Commissioner's Cup, 2013 Governors' Cup und 2016 Commissioner's Cup. Zu den herausragenden Spielern des Teams gehören Paul Lee, James Yap, Chris Tiu und Raymond Almazan.
