Rain Or Shine

The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association owned by Asian Coatings Philippines, Inc. It debuted in the league in the 2006–07 PBA season after acquiring the franchise rights of the Shell Turbo Chargers in 2006, which disbanded after the 2004–05 PBA season.

From 1996 to 2006, the franchise played in the Philippine Basketball League, carrying the name Welcoat House Paints, Welcoat Paintmasters and the St. Benilde-Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, winning a total of six championships.

Rain or Shine Elastopainters, auch bekannt als ROS, ist eine philippinische Basketballmannschaft, die in der Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) spielt. Das Team wurde 1996 unter dem Namen "Franchising" gegründet und ist seitdem eine erfolgreiche Mannschaft in der PBA.

ROS hat drei PBA-Meisterschaften gewonnen (2006, 2012, 2016) und ist außerdem zweimal Vizemeister geworden (2009, 2014). Zu den bekannten Spielern, die für ROS gespielt haben, gehören unter anderem:

Das Team trägt seine Heimspiele in der Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City aus. Die Farben des Teams sind rot, weiß und schwarz.

ROS ist dafür bekannt, ein schnelles und athletisches Team zu sein, das sich auf Drei-Punkte-Würfe und eine starke Verteidigung verlässt. Das Team hat eine große Fangemeinde auf den Philippinen und ist eine der beliebtesten Mannschaften in der PBA.
