Kissamikos FC (griechisch: ΠΑΕ Κισσαμικός) ist ein griechischer Fußballverein aus Kissamos, Kreta. Der Verein wurde 1926 gegründet und spielt aktuell in der dritten griechischen Liga, der Gamma Ethniki.

Kissamikos' Heimstadion ist das Städtische Stadion von Kissamos, das eine Kapazität von 1.500 Zuschauern hat. Die Vereinsfarben sind Grün und Weiß.

Zu den bemerkenswertesten Erfolgen von Kissamikos gehören:

* Zweimaliger Sieger der Gamma Ethniki (2002 und 2014)
* Einmaliger Finalist des griechischen Pokals (1983)
* Teilnahme am UEFA-Pokal der Pokalsieger 1983/84 (Runde der 32)
